after reviewing 25 posts from both the brands I got to know that diet coke tweets more frequently  where as 7up does not. coke tweets new images and videos twice a week mostly on weekends whereas 7up uploads biweekly on Mondays. coke also new boomerang technique to attract people where as 7 up goes with traditional methods
